Scarlett Siren’s story is one of focus, overcoming, and of redemption. As an artist whose mediums concern visual and musical, she finds herself labored in the creative conducting that transposes many verticals. styled troupe The Howlin’ Tramps. Her band formed in Portland, Oregon, and is best
